What we have been up to: Seen through the eyes of my Blackberry

I should just go ahead and say that we have not been up to much around here. We have over 7 inches of snow and this former Louisiana girl still isnt use to driving in the snow and ice. Needless to say, we are staying put in our pj's for probably a week. We have had to get creative with our time so that we dont die of boredom. I guess that just goes for me since MJ lives in a kindom far, far away anyway and MR doesnt care one iota as long as he has food.

Miss Priss tells me about 100x's a day that she is a "Momma" too. As you can see, her "baby" is almost just as big as she is.

As I said before, MJ lives in a kindom far, far away. It's what we like to call a vivid imagination. I guess Belle and Ariele were tired of their far away kindgom so they decided to take a little camping trip.

Instead of getting all bundled up today to head outside, we brought the outside in. The kids had a total blast. They spent time scooping the snow from bowl to bowl, bulldozing it into piles and eating it (mainly MR). At least my floors were somewhat cleaner when they were done playing! Speaking of floors, I really hate my kitchen floor. We have the tile bought and just waiting for us to lay it but instead it sits in the garage. I may have given Jared too long of a honey do list. :)

Last but not least, DO NOT confuse your thumb for green onions. If you do happen to confuse you thumb with green onions, try not to do it with the sharpest serated knife you own. It has definitly made me handicapped this week. I can't type normal, I can't wash my hair very well, and MR is obsesed with my bandaid. I can promise I wont be confusing my thumb for green onions anytime soon. I guess at least until the next time I need to cut green onions. :)

Snowscream!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for snowcream!

All you need for snowcream is some fresh snow (minus dog poop!), 14oz of condensed milk and one teaspoon of vanilla. What is so great about snowcream is that if it starts to melt, just add more snow and its good to go. It taste almost exactly like homemade vanilla ice cream. It was our first time to try it but I can say that it definitely wont be our last.
